By using our services after a busy day/week at work your evenings & weekends become your time for relaxation and enjoyment.

Procedure

We arrange an initial meeting with you to discuss your domestic cleaning requirement.
Agree duration of the clean and method & standards that you require.
Discuss a time and day for the clean.
Your cleaning requirement may be daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly.
If keys are required they will be security cross referenced.
You select your own cleaner who with the exception of hols/sickness will only clean your home.
You select your own cleaning products.
Confirm cost for the clean.
Payment is monthly 30 days from date of invoice
Supervisory checks are undertaken on a regular basis.

End of tenancy cleaning / Deep cleaning

A requirement of your tenancy agreement is to leave the property in the same condition as you originally moved into it. This will enable you to fully recover your deposit.

Procedure

We will give you a initial verbal/written price for a clean, this is subject to seeing the property prior to commencing the clean at which time the price will be finally agreed.

We will agree arrangements to collect the keys, time & date of the clean, day for a post clean inspection that will then be signed off by ourselves & either you or your agent.

The property will have a comprehensive deep clean to a specification agreed by you. In addition there may be a requirements to clean the cooker, carpets exterior windows and gardening. These again will all be covered at the initial meeting with you.
